We were introduced to Melissa through a friend who had purchased a home in the area. From the start, she was extremely accommodating, especially since we were traveling to Florida on weekends to search for a home. After just a few visits, she quickly understood our needs and showed us the house we eventually purchased. In addition to being attentive and flexible, she has a great personality that makes her a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy property in the Central Florida area.

My wife and I purchased our first home with John, not only did he help us find a home in a very short period of time, but he made the process extremely easy. He has great communication skills, and made sure we were informed every step of the way. We appreciate John and Team Hubbert!

Melissa helped me navigate purchasing a home while I was out of state. She made the process as effortless as possible, arranging every detail including home inspections. She made showings happen quickly and was very responsive to my questions and concerns. Melissa is extremely knowledgeable about the Central Florida area. She is very kind… and very much appreciated! HIGHLY recommend contacting her if you are looking for a realtor.
