Buyer of 2222 Gopher Tortoise Terrace, Oakland
Beverly was helpful through every step of purchasing a home. From setting me up with a loan officer to following up on issues after closing, Beverly was there for her buyer. She was honest when answering questions I had and kept in communication with everyone involved in the process. She learns the kind of person you are and what you are looking for!
Buyer of 4382 Southwest 171st Place, Ocala
Remote purchaser - She coordinated all the necessary inspections, after helping us find the right house. Beverly pointed out issues with some listings, and listened to our specific needs and preferences, helping us to find, ultimately, the "RIGHT" house. Very professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and thorough.
Seller of 215/501 Mirasol Circle, Celebration
This is the second time we’ve worked with Beverly. The first time was to help us buy a house and this time it was to sell one ( in a record time of 2 days no less!). On both occasions, she treated us like we were VIP clients. She has a thorough knowledge of the market and puts her heart and soul into ensuring her clients are satisfied.

Seller of 745 Orange Belt Loop, Winter Garden
We had an excellent experience working with Miriam working as our real estate agent. She was very attentive, always willing to help, and answer any questions I had as a seller. She provided great guidance throughout the entire sales process and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property, she is a great professional and individual.
