Michelle understood the market and recommended pricing along with what needed to be done to give our home the best curb appeal outside as well as inside staging. Our family was dealing with a death and she went above and beyond what I would expect from a realtor. We cannot recommend her enough!!

Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Carla Morris. I was working with another agent for months that made me feel I was not important because of the price range I was in and then I found Carla. Within 1 month I found my first home. That in itself should speak volumes. She told me not to be discouraged that I would find a home within my range. She is attentive, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and extremely kind. She is thorough and even if she didn't have the answer she would find it. She is determined and she will help you get into your home. If you're looking for an agent I promise you choosing Carla would be the best decision you make. I know it was mine and now I'm living my dream!

Shameeza kept us on top of everything. From offers to visits for viewing. She also helped with offers and counter offers. Very diligent. Thank you.

Richard is exceptional. It was as simple as expressing my goals and him not only executing them but, exceeding expectations. To be heard and understood with no hesitation. To uphold the confidence to meet the challenges to close on 2 properties with unheard of time line, was the cherry on top.

My experience with the realtor MR Walter was the best experience a first home buyer can have. The transaction was made easy and in a timely matter. Thank you MR Walter your the best.
