Five-Star Review for Barbara Douglas – Narzinsky Realty Inc. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Barbara Douglas from Narzinsky Realty Inc. on the sale of my home, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. From our very first conversation, Barbara’s professionalism, market expertise, and genuine care stood out. She guided me through every step of the selling process with patience and clarity. From pricing strategy to negotiating offers and navigating paperwork, Barbara was always one step ahead. Her communication was prompt, honest, and reassuring—she truly made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Barbara’s deep knowledge of the local market helped us attract serious buyers quickly, and thanks to her strategic guidance, we closed at a price I was very happy with. It’s clear she takes great pride in her work and truly looks out for her clients’ best interests. If you're considering selling or buying a home, do yourself a favor and call Barbara Douglas. Denise was friendly and Professional! Great experience, will definitely use her again in the future.

I trust Phillip to the maximum degree. Has always had great knowledge of the market with realistic expectations in my experience with Phillip as a buyer and seller 4 times. I would not use any other realtor. I have been very satisfied with his efforts, advice and caring. With each sell, I was able to upgrade my next purchase. He listens to my desires and finds good places to look at. He is an excellent communicator and has always been patient with my questions and concerns. Phillip is always been very professional with me and others encountered in the process.
