At no time did I feel like Phillip was only concerned about making a sale. In addition, Phillip gave me advice on purchasing a new home, although I live in a different state. AMAZING AGENT Phillip, is a very knowledgeable agent who takes his time with you and gives you all of the information you need to make the right decision in selling your home. I have used Phillip in the past to sell and purchase other homes of mine and its always been a first class experience. I currently live outside of the state and Phillip provided a great service in making sure my home was ready to put on the market. Definitely the go to Agent in Central Florida!
