He is the agent that listen to your needs and explains to you upfront what to expect during the process, He took care of everything and was able to guide me in the home buying experience, from the first day we met to after we moved in our new house Cyrus was there for us. This last investment property was a tough sell. We were selling a "handyman special" and potential buyers proved to very fickle. Excuses and renegotiation attempts were being thrown at Jay like Zeus throws thunderbolts. Through our constant communications, we were able to come to an acceptable agreement for us and the buyer and we finally got it across the finish line. Jay is a good communicator and always responds to texts, emails and phone calls. If you need a hard working realtor either buying or selling, Jay's the man!
