Great job on a Tough Sale!

This last investment property was a tough sell. We were selling a "handyman special" and potential buyers proved to very fickle. Excuses and renegotiation attempts were being thrown at Jay like Zeus throws thunderbolts. Through our constant communications, we were able to come to an acceptable agreement for us and the buyer and we finally got it across the finish line.
