Si tuviera que mencionar un area de mejora, diria que a veces sus explicaciones pueden ser demasiado tecnicas para quienes no estan familiarizados con la terminologia de real estate, como le ocurrio a mi esposa. Es posible que, si simplifica un poco el lenguaje y resume los puntos clave cuando el cliente lo necesita, podra generar aun mas confianza en personas que se enfrentan por primera vez a una compra o venta.
