We had selected Thomas to buy our condo 15 years ago and so it was an easy decision to ask him to sell out condo. He is very easy to work with, excellent on details and looked after a lot of activities for us since we were located in Canada. Assists with setting up the inspections, appraisals, survey, walk-throughs, closing which made it very easy on me and greatly appreciated. Her knowledge of the current market conditions and rules/laws confirms why I will always have her as my Realtor. I have been working with her for over 15 yrs and she even helped me find a realtor in TN so she has a huge network.
