She knows the market and is very good at explaining things to people like myself who did not have a lot of knowledge on the subject. Emilie Parker is the kind of buyer’s agent you wish you could clone and send to every state. As someone in the real estate business myself (in another state), I can confidently say she and her Transaction Coordinator, Joe Blasko, are absolute top-tier. Emilie went above and beyond every step of the way and then somehow went even further at closing with the sweetest (and most delicious) gifts: sausage from her home-raised pigs, fresh eggs from her chickens, and gardening goodies. Honestly, I came for a house and left with a mini farm starter kit… my kids are still asking when the chickens are moving in. Professional, thoughtful, and just an all-around joy to work with. If every agent were like Emilie, this job would be a lot less stressful, and a lot more tasty. Highly recommend!
