Got me paperwork quickly when I needed things. Even call the city when there were permit issues. My home sold for cash the day it went on the market for a little more than the asking price! Not heard of in these times. Offered to help with packing if I needed it😊 More than a realtor she had a caring investment in me and the process. She provided so much guidance on how to prepare the property for selling and was able to take care of tasks that I didn’t have a vendor for.
