She was very knowledgeable about the local housing market, and gave me sound information on the steps I needed to take as a buyer. When I decided to sell that house, Danielle was my first choice to be the listing agent. Once again, she walked me through the steps I needed to take to prepare the house for listing and showing; provided a clear breakdown of the costs involved in selling; and consistently worked to get potential buyers into the house for showings.
