We were visiting the Port Charlotte area to get familiar with the different subdivisions and the area in general. We spent several days visiting and calling on different vacant lots and houses. Cindy was the only agent who returned our calls. We asked her to put us on an email list with properties that would meet our criteria. She did so and we began receiving lists of available properties immediately. Cindy was very patient in answering any of our questions and taking steps to find out information that she didn't already have. Cindy knew going into working with us that we weren't necessarily in a hurry to buy and that this could be a lengthy process. She was great thru the entire thing. It turned out that we bought a vacant lot fairly quickly. Cindy was great thru the title/closing process and actually re-wrote some things in the purchase agreement to give us additional protections. We are not finished in the Port Charlotte area and will continue to use Cindy when we can.

I knew very little about real estate transactions before my siblings and I made the decision to sell our parents' house. Charmalyn became our agent and walked us through every step of the process. She made thoughtful, practical , and knowledgeable suggestions. She understood the financial, legal and, and emotional aspects of the sale. She navigated all with wise and godly council. She will be my first go-to person should I need to go through this experience again. I thank God daily for her and pray she will be as great a blessing to others as she has been to my siblings and me.
