From the first time Teresa Renfroe from Mark Spain Realty came into our living room to give us information on how to market our property for sale we were very impressed. We were so impressed that we did not even bother to interview any other real estate agents. She was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. She laid out and effectively explained all options that Mark Spain offered. We opted for the traditional sale. Within 2 days of the listing we had more hits than we anticipated. Ms. Renfroe was on top of all appointments and worked tirelessly to make our very swift offer a reality. If she could not take phone calls she would make sure that she returned them even when we least expected. Within 30 days, from the inception of the offer we closed on our property.

I owe Scott too many "thank you's" to mention. He was very professional and helpful through the whole process of finding the home that I was looking for, then selling one house and purchasing another all in the same day. My stress level was very low knowing that I could completely trust him. Thank you again Scott, I am gradually making this my forever home. Hugs, Sherrill

Karol made moving from another state a breeze. She answered all of my questions, steered me in the right direction and was so kind. I don't think I could have made this move without her.

Carlos did an excellent job selling my house. It was sold it in one month for more than I asked for. He is very responsible, honest and he is always available for his clients. I highly recommend his services. Thank you one more time for helping me!
