We felt that John & Brenda did an exceptional job in selling our unit. Before the process began they gave us details as to the state of the market which allowed us to get comfortable with pricing. When we were ready to enter the market they met with us and reviewed our expectations and then we were able to come up with a price that we felt was realistic and placed the condo on the market. During the process they also explained how they would market the condo. They also were extremely helpful in removing personal affects that we were unable to attend too as we were back in Canada. The whole process was smooth and once we received an offer they were very helpful and made us comfortable during the negotiation process prior to closing. During the closing process they were helpful in determining a closing agent. The closing went very smooth and the whole process was very smooth.

Lindsey made the buying process simple and streamlined. She showed us the property, and forwarded our offer to the seller's realtor. And she successfully faced down several points by the seller's realtor that were certainly in the seller's best interest, bit not in our best interest. She presented our counter offer with an accompanying rationale that resulted in the acceptance of our offer ! Lindsey was accessible throughout the bidding process, as well as present at the home inspection...and was helpful with presenting options for service personnel to help us with estimates.
