Ivanny was the best choice we could have made and we cannot recommend her enough to anyone who may need a realtor. In prepping for the sale of our home Ivanny helped us clean and stage the home so it would be beautiful for photos. She helped us strategize for price improvements and wording for our listing. She took great time and care to ensure we were informed and happy with every choice. She used her resources to gather information hosting a brokers open and discussing feedback with us. We were always part of the process and she made herself available for any questions we had. Anything we needed. She was there. She wasn’t just available and informative. She was honest as well. We had to move out quickly due to a job transfer, placing the house on the market after leaving the state.
