I just closed on the second home where Bob was the real estate agent. I had a great experience with Bob for the first house so I decided to contact him in searching for a second house. Born and raised in the area and selling real estate for many years, Bob is a fountain of invaluable information. He knows all the developments in the area and can tell you which ones are built with sub-par construction or which are in flood zones. He doesn’t want to just sell you a house—he wants to make sure you’re in a good, solid house that checks all the boxes. In addition, Bob went above and beyond the usual obligations for a real estate agent. We didn’t just go to contract and then he forgot about the sale until closing—he saw an opportunity after the contract was signed and renegotiated a lower price. He was truly helpful throughout the whole buying process, finding competent businesses to work with, helping set up utilities, etc. If you’re looking for a super-knowledgeable, super-nice and helpful person for your real estate agent, someone who really cares about his clients, I highly recommend Bob—he’s a pro!

Sean Trinkle did a fantastic job for us. His is prompt and diligent in his communication with us. We put offers in on several homes, and not only did he work effectively and quickly on the offers, but Sean kept us informed with good and not so good news. He will fight for and protect his clients, and truly becomes a "tiger" for their interests and well being. He will also offer suggestions to assist his clients. I have never been more pleased with a broker, and we have purchased many homes in our lifetime. He is also the most patient broker we have ever used, showing us over 23 homes, with a smile on his face. He never tried to persuade us in any way into buying a home.
