Christie and John stayed patient and focused throughout the entire process. I had specific needs. I wanted space, privacy, a big yard for my dog Nova, no HOA, and the right community. In Fort Lauderdale, that is not always easy to find. Then Christie found my home. Although, I didn’t think so at first. At first, I was still thinking about a house with a pool, but she encouraged me to at least come take a look. Once I saw the yard, the lot size, the newer updates, the canal, and the potential to make it my own, I knew it was the right fit. Today, I am standing in my new Fort Lauderdale home, and it still feels surreal. Christie and John successfully sold one home and found me my next one! They guided me through both sides of the process, stayed committed, and made it happen. Nova loves the huge yard, and I am excited for this next chapter.
