I have looked up buying a home for years before finally going for it myself. I've heard of nightmares and how difficult the process is. We were selling a home in The Villages and although Kristen is an MLS agent, she knew everything there was to know about finding a buyer in The Villages and selling our home in a timely manner. She held an open house at least once a week, went out of her way to help stage the house by buying fresh flowers for the outside grill area, providing snacks and drinks for the open houses and communicating daily with me.
