In prepping for the sale of our home Ivanny helped us clean and stage the home so it would be beautiful for photos. She helped us strategize for price improvements and wording for our listing. She took great time and care to ensure we were informed and happy with every choice. She used her resources to gather information hosting a brokers open and discussing feedback with us. We were always part of the process and she made herself available for any questions we had. Anything we needed. She was there. She wasn’t just available and informative. She was honest as well. Growing up in a family business that’s currently 117 years old with 57 years under my belt I know when people are capable and concerned about your needs, and the cost ofor when they’re just trying to sell you something. Working with Marlin has been the first. He was never trying to sell me something. He was trying to find me what fit my needs. Quite often he felt things were overpriced and advised me as such. He completely went over and above the call of duty way above what a normal Realtor would do in many cases. Too many to mention. More like a friend or an old friend than a realtor. With his knowledge of his former business that he had of home inspections. Along with home appraisals. I knew I was in good hands. Truly I did not even get a home inspection with this house since it was really in good shape for older home and with my knowledge and with Marlin’s knowledge, I decided not to get a home inspection. I would highly recommend him. He’s 24-7 spot on, always available to answer small or large questions in detail. He’s become a friend and a friend that you would keep for a long time as I will. So once again, I give them way more than five stars and I know about people and his capabilities and he comes from the heart. let’s just say that OK thank you for reading. Every sale has it's obstacles and we had a few. Alysia took those challenges and handled everyone of them promptly and stress free to us and onto the road for a smooth closing. She is a hardworking, compassionate individual and we are so blessed we used her for the sale of our home.

Just wanted to take a moment to leave a review for the best, and that in it self is an understatement. Orbis helped me purchase my first home and I would never forget how much he helped me. Orbis found me a home that i loved for the price i wanted in the neighborhood i wanted. Now as it was my first purchase there were alot of questions and anxiety. Orbis made me feel safe and relaxed. I literally spoke to him about twice a day if not more everyday for a little over a month through the whole process with questions concerns because it was an fha loan so if you know about fha it's not easy. But I never doubted Orbis he told me I am going to make this happen for you. At one point there was a repair that needed to be done he took his own money paid for it and and said you can just reimburse me at closing a 1250 dollar job also he paid for reinspection and didnt ask for a thing. After a month of talking multiple times a day I have not only found a realtor for life but a friend and brother through Christ for ever. He's the best and if you dont believe me try him out. You wont be disappointed I guarantee it.
