She expertly managed the moving parts between the title company, the mortgage lender, and the home inspector, keeping me informed of every required detail so I was perfectly prepared at every milestone. She truly went above and beyond right up to a successful closing—even coordinating with the seller to ensure I received all keys, garage door openers, and the necessary passwords for the security cameras. To top it all off, she provided a comprehensive list of local utility, power, and internet companies to make my transition effortless. She made a complex, long-distance purchase feel completely seamless. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking to buy a home!
