She took great time and care to ensure we were informed and happy with every choice. She used her resources to gather information hosting a brokers open and discussing feedback with us. We were always part of the process and she made herself available for any questions we had. Anything we needed. She was there. She wasn’t just available and informative. She was honest as well. Ada is someone who will go above and beyond once you contract her, who has vast knowledge of today's real estate market and will orientate you regarding your best choice when it comes to selling and/or buying a property. Trust me, based on my prior experiences, not many agents have the knowledge or will go above and beyond in order to get the best deals out there for their clients. I have requested Ada's services on two separate occasions to sell and buy properties and on both occasions she has been able to get the best deal out of the property I was selling and the purchase I made. For example; on one occasion, a real estate agent wanted me to sell my property cheaper than the market value or "otherwise I would not be able to sell". I spoke with Ada and she not only placed my property in the market immediately, but I was able to get more out of it and the buyer she got paid cash. I highly recommend Ada, she is reliable, very professional with a vest knowledge regarding the real estate market and the laws that apply.
