Ada is someone who will go above and beyond once you contract her, who has vast knowledge of today's real estate market and will orientate you regarding your best choice when it comes to selling and/or buying a property. Trust me, based on my prior experiences, not many agents have the knowledge or will go above and beyond in order to get the best deals out there for their clients. I have requested Ada's services on two separate occasions to sell and buy properties and on both occasions she has been able to get the best deal out of the property I was selling and the purchase I made. For example; on one occasion, a real estate agent wanted me to sell my property cheaper than the market value or "otherwise I would not be able to sell". I spoke with Ada and she not only placed my property in the market immediately, but I was able to get more out of it and the buyer she got paid cash. I highly recommend Ada, she is reliable, very professional with a vest knowledge regarding the real estate market and the laws that apply. She holds herself to higher standards, is always available to answer any questions and most importantly, she makes you feel like family!!

Five star in everything. Ada goes above and beyond! She was amazing during COVID and made our closing happen remotely.
