I’ve been working with he since November and all the process for closing the deal was great because no matter the distance Robert was attentive and try hardly to speak Spanish so I can understand him better. As a result, I will always contact Robert if I want to invest in Orlando.

Just closed on our new house in Dade City and I cannot say enough about the hard work Erica and her team put in to make this happen. We hit a snag on the sale of our previous house due to Hurricane Ian, but Erica took charge and communicated with both title agencies to keep them informed of the progress on hurricane repairs and got the closings scheduled one day after we received our final permit closed out from the county. Thanks Erica!!! We wouldn't be here without you! And thanks for the "Welcome Home" sign on the front lawn. Nice touch.
