We were looking at houses long distance and Phil was great with sending us houses from different areas and adjusting to our needs with good schools and areas that are family friendly.

We've done several transactions with Annie and NextHome Beachtime and found the whole team to be very professional and responsive. This transaction went very smoothly! Some of the previous transactions ran into rough spots but Annie has always gone above and beyond to ensure our interests were protected and the transactions were successful. Will use her again in the future.

Stephen listed And sold my vacation rental. He said proper expectations, which I believe is first and foremost. We priced the home over what he recommended But it was negotiated down to exactly what he suggested in the first place. Stephen handled all the negotiations and was clear and concise with his communication. This was my second transaction with Stephen, I highly recommend him and will use him again.
