I spent a few months looking at homes with Christina. I am grateful for that time because I learned a lot. Christina is a powerhouse. She is driven, knowledgeable, professional, patient and friendly. She educated me as we looked at homes. The neighborhood, the approach to the home, the outside structure, the landscaping, the inside structure and all of the components. She gave me the what's and why's of what she saw. She was always very honest, real and straight forward. AND she listens. She gathered what I was looking for from our conversations. When we entered a home, she would describe colors and schemes with her vision, through my eyes. Once, after viewing three homes she asked my evaluation. I asked her what she thought I saw. When she was done, I had to laugh. I told her that I knew what I liked and disliked, but I didn't know why until she told me. She is also resourceful and tough and knowledgeable about getting information and negotiating for you. Excellence has a warm smile, a firm handshake and gets things done. Her name is Christina Luciana.
