Nick was the sellers realtor, we came In without a realtor on our side, just bad timing. He was very attentive and we got instant responses to questions. We were remote and it felt as if we lived next door! Great Job!

Kathy is extremely professional and our goal of buying a house in OTOW was our dream, and she made it hers, by making it so. She worked with skill and extremely well with the agent representing the seller. She walked us through the entire process as it had been 29 years since we bought in Largo, Florida. We paid the price the seller wanted as it was a fair deal in this market. She along with the other realtor were able to get us an extension as we waited for our home to sell.
