I knew immediately she was the perfect realtor to assist me with my home sale. I was well prepared with a comprehensive list of questions, and her answers and knowledge of the ever-changing real estate market surpassed my expectations. I enlisted her services immediately, cancelled my last two appointments, and felt comfortable and confident I had made the right choice. Through the entire process she never let me down, not once. Amani was personable, responsive, calming, and reassuring as she guided me through the sales process with innate tact and poise, answering my multitude of questions in a thoughtful and detailed manner. From beginning to end Amani exhibited a high level of professionalism, understanding, and knowledge throughout the sales, listing, appraisal, inspection, and closing processes. Amani, in essence, was a joy to work with. I can’t thank her enough for making a very emotional, overwhelming and stressful time much more achievable and manageable. Amani is there for you 100%. Bottom line: Amani sold my home for the asking price in less than a week. I can’t endorse her qualifications and knowledge highly enough – she is a superior real estate agent in every way.

Marsh was such a pleasure to work with! He has made the process of buying a home from out of state seem like a piece of cake! He has gone above and beyond to help my parents with every step. He did absolutely everything from viewing the properties and sending videos/photos, inspections, learning to operate the pool, to referrals for services needed. Since they were not able to be there for any of it, they "bought the property blind" and were completely at ease.
