Our house was located in one of the worst flood zones and we did NOT think it was going to sell, especially after nearly flooding during hurricane Helene. Julian was able to make it happen - BUT it didn't come easy. The buyers found out the day before closing that they didn't actually have the funds - a mistake by their broker. Instead of accepting the cancelation policy that the buyer's realtor kept trying to push, Julian didn't take no for an answer.
