She was always honest and direct and made sure that we didn't have any misconceptions or delusions that would lead to us making an uninformed decision. What we found most helpful were the instances where she pulled from her experience with either owning her own home or references made to previous clients she had helped close. That helped us put questions or concerns we had into larger context and, overall, make better decisions. She would also advocate for us, even when we would suggest something that she thought wouldn't be in our best interest. We were very grateful that she was willing to "keep us on track" and not just entertain the spur-of-the-moment ideas we had. Yvette was and is incredibly knowledgeable and action-oriented. Tamara knew what I was looking for because she was genuinely interested in making me happy to find the Home that I wanted. She has great communication skills motivated to find the perfect place, very professional , very prompt in replying with any questions or if we wanted to see a house, she worked on it immediately. Then when meeting for the closing, It was absolutely flawless. I highly recommend her. She made buying this house a very pleasant experience. One last thing, even after our house was purchased and we were moved in. She followed through to make sure we were happy and made sure that we did not need anything else which we did need help in one area and she was right there to help us, to see that we were able to be in contact with our builder.
