Rom was exceptional in helping us find our home in Highland Lakes, Palm Harbor, Fl. He was knowledgeable of the area, and always kept in mind what our wants and needs were. He never made us feel as though we were taking too much of his time,even though it did take months to find the right home. He always answered our phone calls and emails within hours and sometimes, minutes. When we finally did find it, he didn't stop there. He was ready with contacts for us to call for improvements we wanted to make to the property and in some cases he called them personally for us. He went the extra mile by showing us around the area, including restaurants and shopping areas. We have never met a more honest and sincere realtor who made our home search his top priority.
