Tara facilitated our purchase of a Gulf-front condominium in Tarpon Springs, and we cannot speak highly enough of her. As transaction broker she could not formally represent us, but she handled both sides of the deal with remarkable professionalism and fairness. What stood out most was her responsiveness. Her market knowledge was excellent, and her knowledge of the specific complex we bought into was exceptional. She knew the building, the unit history, the association dynamics, and the practical realities of ownership there. That depth of detail saved us considerable due-diligence work and gave us real confidence going into closing. Tara's professionalism, market and building knowledge, communication, and integrity made the entire process smoother than we had any right to expect. We would recommend her without hesitation.

Lee was simply the best. She entertained our every need in the home buying process and when we thought we would never find anything she kept our spirits up insisting there is a house out there to meet our needs and eventually there was. Thanks so much Lee.
