I think she put on something like eight weekend open houses that resulted in many prospects and ultimately the right buyer at the right time. Her photographer is the best real estate photog we’ve ever had. Dana is an astute negotiator & gets the best and fairest deal for her client. I think what’s most important is she’s ethical. If she wasn’t, I don’t think she’d be in business for so many years. She has sold some houses two and three times over. Dana is very busy and in high demand but her very capable assistant Teresa is there to help.

For example, she helped secure financing for the eventual buyer, and when the title company tried to postpone the closing date at the last minute, she made sure it went through as scheduled.
