Dawn has represented my wife and me in at least 2 sales and purchase transactions. She has been very supportive and knowledgeable of market trends and local circumstances. She also has great insight and knowledge about the bargaining process and knows experts who can evaluate various elements of the property under consideration. Michele has been my Realtor for both the buying and selling of my home. She is second to none in the quality that she provides. She is responsive, communicative, honest, and just goes above and beyond for her clients. The sale of my home was a challenging one, as I moved out of state while the house was on the market and Michele took care of things that were far beyond the scope of what her job is. She did this because she cares about her clients and does her job extraordinarily well. I cannot recommend her enough as she is simply the Best.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with this agent. From the initial call to closing Nikki has been unbelievable. Nikki went above and beyond, as we were out of state buyers. Nikki saw multiple homes took video and looked for our level of detail and expectations in a new home. We put in multiple offers on multiple homes and due to market circumstances, we were outbid. As a team we regrouped, put together a strategy and we were able to successfully pen an offer. Nikki provided us with a level of support through inspections, walk-throughs, and all the necessary items that needed to be tended to. So when I say she went above and beyond, I truly meant it. Bozena was amazing to work with. I switched to her after my previous agent didn't take me seriously and was not proactively finding properties for me to tour. I found Bozena through Zillow and she was very thorough, detail oriented, and listened to what my needs were. She followed up and followed through on everything - including the title company, the mortgage lender, the listing agent/homeowner, the condo association, and me whenever it was needed. We had a very short time between contract and closing and I honestly don't think we would have closed on time if it has not been for Bozena. Her responsiveness to my questions could not have been better - even after the closing when I realized that some of the kitchen cabinets did not have drawer pulls. I would work with Bozena any time. She is an excellent real estate agent and understood that I had a busy work schedule. This is not my first home purchase so I know what a good agent looks like - it looks like Bozena!
