Stacy was an amazing realtor! She has a vast knowledge of all things real estate and the areas in which she sells in. She knows the market and is very good at explaining things to people like myself who did not have a lot of knowledge on the subject. She backs up all of her advise with examples and she is always available to explain or discuss anything you might need help with. I was in NY while the house was on the market and she was always able to go beyond expectations to help out in any way she could. She was very professional and friendly. We chose Roseann not just from a referral but also because of her connections. We didn’t realize just how important her connections would be, given that we were selling a house in Florida while living in New York. Roseann acted as a general contractor to hire a her contacts with a roofer, a handyman, a painter, an HVAC contractor, a pool repairman, an electrician, a golf cart salesperson, and a team of gardeners in order to get the house in a like new condition and find a buyer and take care of anything noted from the buyers inspection - all of her connections charged half of what I expected. I honestly do not think any other realtor would have acted as a general contractor to this extent in order to make the sale happen !!!!!
