Buying a a house is a big endeavor and need be aware of the process in all aspects, I believe Kelly Snow goes above and beyond made me feel comfortable with every step of the process from submitting a contract to closing!

Loida made my experience of buying a property so much easier than it could have been. Besides being professional, she is very personable and obviously cares about her clients wanting to make their experience as positive as possible. Her attention to detail, communication skills and knowledge made a difficult transaction much easier. Loida was always available to answer any questions I had and to follow-up with the lender or other realtor when necessary. She is excellent at what she does and I would happily use her services again.

Her responsiveness to my questions could not have been better - even after the closing when I realized that some of the kitchen cabinets did not have drawer pulls. I would work with Bozena any time. She is an excellent real estate agent and understood that I had a busy work schedule. This is not my first home purchase so I know what a good agent looks like - it looks like Bozena!
