Working with Gail from BRG was such an amazing experience! She helped ease the tension from moving from New York to Florida. There were numerous times that we were not able to travel to Fl to visit the home in person, however, Gail made sure we were accommodated and went above and beyond to set up video calls and record many in depth videos about each property we may have had even the slightest interest in. She was always available to take our calls and answer any questions that came up through the process. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to research each home to be prepared for any and all questions we may have. The choice was easy to make. This team was ready to take me to a whole new level of selling a home with ease. She was very approachable and got back to me within a quick amount of time, which I found rare to find these days. No question was insignificant to her. If she didn’t know the answer, she found out quickly and got right back to me. She was amazing. When buying and selling homes there a reasonable amount of anxiety that comes with the process.
