When we looked at homes she would check on things I would not have thought of, for example, I knew nothing of septic tank homes, she had all the information I would need, she knew which air handlers were good models, and since the process of buying and selling has changed dramatically when I bought a home 15 years ago, she made the process go quite smoothly for me. Stephen was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable first, but also always highly responsive. We wanted to move quickly and he was Johnny on the spot supplying targeted homes, then setting up walk through, then delivering needed documents such as HOA docs, floor plans, etc. Then he made the closing a very smooth and enjoyable process.
