We were referred Karen by some friends, and from our very first conversation, she wanted to do more than just learn what we were looking for in a home. She genuinely wanted to get to know us as people. We were immediately impressed by how kind, communicative, and knowledgeable she was. As first time homebuyers we didn't know escrow from an elbow but Karen guided us through every step of the process. She made sure we felt informed, comfortable, and confident in every decision we made. We ended up running into some major issues with our builder and their sales representative, and Karen handled everything with incredible professionalism. She advocated for us every step of the way no matter how big or small our concerns were or what time of day they came up. Knowing she was in our corner made an incredibly stressful process so much easier. I truly can't imagine there is a realtor more meticulous, passionate, or dedicated than Karen. If we ever decide to sell our home there is no question who we'll be calling. We can't thank her enough for everything she did for us and we recommend her without hesitation.

Best real estate experience ever!  I've had many; in multiple states and across 3 counties in Florida and Thomas was the most experienced realtor of them all. I purchased my new home remotely from over 1000 miles away.  I chose Thomas to help me find my forever home because of his extensive resume and experience and I chose well!  Thomas would view each property, take extensive videos and upload them for me to see from afar.  He was thorough, informative and covered all the bases which allowed me to see each property without being physically present.   He knew all 3 counties I was looking at very well and offered valuable insight for me to make decisions.  I'd previously lived in both Hillsborough and Pinellas and owned another home in Pasco. Thomas knew each area well and was up to date, offering an inside look into how these areas had changed even though I could not see them in person. Thomas was always timely, answering my questions and doing the research I needed to make decisions.  He was never opinionated but offered the right guidance at the right times and allowed me to make the perfect choice.
