We were fortunate to have known the Salamone's for a few years and when it was time to sell our condos, they were our first and only choice. We were confident in their assessment of the properties and the timing for selling them. Selling property is a stressful event especially when you had lived in both of them for several years. They were able to guide us through ever changing market conditions and get them both sold at prices we were happy with. Thanks to the Salamone team!

After our first meeting with Libby, we had no hesitation in turning to her and her Team. As non-resident owners, Libby was able to walk us through the complexities involved in selling our condo, communicating with us, many times, from long distance. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable of the local real estate market. We ultimately sold our condo for more than our asking price and we would highly recommend Libby and her Team.

Andy and Libby of the Salamone Group realtors were wonderful to work with. They took the time to guide, advise and support us through the entire process from pre-listing prep to a successful sale. The Salamone Group specializes in quality St. Petersburg real estate and have the experience and expertise to back it up. I can't recommend them highly enough.
