Marsh was such a pleasure to work with! He has made the process of buying a home from out of state seem like a piece of cake! He has gone above and beyond to help my parents with every step. He did absolutely everything from viewing the properties and sending videos/photos, inspections, learning to operate the pool, to referrals for services needed. Since they were not able to be there for any of it, they "bought the property blind" and were completely at ease. They knew Marsh had their best interests in mind and had the experience needed to direct them the right way. They could not be happier with the home or their experience working with Marsh and Robyn! They are the best! We'd recommend him to anyone!

Rick and Christy are fantastic agents. They take the time to listen and show you the houses you want. They ask the right questions and make sure every moment is just for you. They are the kindest, friendliest people I have ever worked with. On top of all that you get a ton of experience, and local knowledge that is incomparable. I highly recommend Rick and Christy and would encourage anyone to use them for buying or selling a home. It is rare to find someone who cares as much as they do. I teach customer service for a living and they have made me rethink how good customer service really can be.

Lari has had years of experience which made her such a valuable realtor for our situation. We live out of state and were selling the home of a deceased relative in St Pete. Lari frequently reassured us that she was our boots on the ground and managed some difficult situations for us during our absence from FL. Lari recommended trusted professionals to help clean out the house which was a godsend for us. She recommended we have the home staged, had beautiful photos taken of the staged home, advertised appropriately, communicated well with fellow realtors, kept us on track, provided suggestions, and helped to find an interested buyer in a week’s time. My wife and I were ready to sell our home in Tampa but didn’t want to pay the 6% realtor fee so we seen ads for flat fee listings and I called Wendy Smith to get more information on the flat fee listing process and she explained everything to us so Wendy put the listing description on the MLS for us and during the process answered all our questions we had. All calls about the property goes to my wife or myself. So when realtors called to show it to a client we put a lock box on the front door for them to show it and we left the house until they were done it was so easy. How we did the realtor fee was Wendy got $150 up front and $350 at closing that was her fee from the beginning and so in the listing we would pay 2% of the selling price at closing so we sold for $369000 so 2% of that was $7380 so Wendy got her $350 from that and selling realtor got $7030 that’s all we had to pay. If we did 6% it would of cost us $22140 so we saved $14760 by going with Wendy Smith. My wife and I would highly recommend her.
