We decided to sell our townhome on the Cotee river and were given a recommendation to contact Mike. We contacted another realtor, but decided to go with Mike due to his confidence and knowledge of the local market. We set an asking price that we felt comfortable with and within a week we had a full price offer and we closed within a month. During the sales process we were kept fully informed and Mike was quick to answer any questions or concerns. A problem that arose was quickly handled and within a couple days we were back on course.
