As a first-time homebuyer, I started this journey with very little confidence or knowledge about buying a new home. He was always asking what more could be done to save me money and get me the best deal. Some of the incentives he helped us get were beyond what I expected. Even after closing, he continues to check on us and make sure everything is going well. During this journey, he became more than our realtor; he became like family. For Sudhir, clients are not transactions. He treats them like his own family. Without his patience, guidance, negotiations, and moral support, achieving this dream would have been much harder for us.
