A family member recommended Diane Fuchs as the Realtor to help sell my home. Although I was initially hesitant to entrust my most valuable possession to someone I had just met, our relationship grew into a friendship. Diane brought the expertise of a seasoned Realtor, skillfully managed the challenges of selling a home, and always represented my best interests. She was consistently available to address my concerns, no matter what they were or whenever I reached out to her. Diane is a person who takes pride in doing an absolute quality representation of the home seller, or buyer, because she cares about people.

Let me start off by saying I ABSOLUTELY LOVE JAMMIE! She made my first home buying experience so memorable ! I could tell that she genuinely had my children and myself best interest at heart! Professional, Knowledgeable, Caring and Stern when needed. Any time of the day I needed her she was right there to answer any and every question/concerns, even my repeated ones lol. Jammie made this process a breeze for me and I’m so thankful for her services! She even surprised my children with a welcome home gift of a big beautiful trampoline in our new back yard , which they love so much . She definitely did her black girl magic 🪄. Colleen encouraged us to have her help sell our condo . We at first were trying to sell it ourselves and almost did, but she assured us she could help us do better. After we listed with her she had a buyer in 2 days with a considerable profit to us even after paying the realtor and closing fees. She was very knowledgeable about the market and our condo.
