We’ve heard so many stories about how hard and stressful buying a house is but ray guided us through the whole experience step by step letting us know what to expect before we could even think about it! I’ve had friends tell me they wish their realtor was more hands on and communicative with them during their house buying experience and I can say Ray was without a doubt. We toured plenty of houses and ray gave us his honest opinion of each house and a great game plan to make it work if we really want the house but ultimately over time we’ve found the perfect house for us and we love it!!! Eva did an amazing job. She was able to work out sellers contribution towards the closing. I put down money to show them I was very interested in the house and due to her working out the seller contribution I received almost all of that money back at closing. She was very proactive during the house search. She answered all of the questions I had about the process. She was very quick to respond and went above and beyond helping me. She was able to efficiently negotiate the price and I was able to close on time and already had equity in the house after the appraisal. I will definitely recommend her to friends and family.
