Ted is one of the most well connected people in Tampa Bay. He helped us sell our house. We needed an exterior painter when ours fell through and he was able to recommend someone who we have continued to recommend to friends and family. He is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. He is organized and on top of everything so you really feel taken care of by him. The process of selling our house was easy because of how much attention to detail, care and follow through he demonstrated. Ted knows people in every neighborhood and he's the kind of person who has never met a stranger. We wouldn't risk working with anyone else. Professional but also very down to earth, funny and kind. You'll love him!

Elizabeth was incredibly knowledgeable about the homes in the area I was interested in and made the experience easy and enjoyable. I felt as though Elizabeth truly listened to my specifications and exceeded my expectations. Now I have a home that I am truly proud of and am excited to start this new chapter in my life. Thomas and Stephen are amazing. I keep forgetting to do this, so please forgive the fact that this review is 8 months late. I first met Thomas when contacting him about a condo development he immediately told me not to waste my time with. He was right and saved us weeks of agony. Thomas helped us to sell my husbands old house, which was a little tricky because it was an older home and we were selling it as is. He did any amazing job especially considering the first offer fell through. He also assisted us with purchase of a new home which he did outstanding on. The home purchase was also tricky because we ended up pulling an offer we made and had to fight to get the deposit back, which he did. I give Thomas and Stephen a 1,00 stars and and am happy to say they have also become friends.
