Nancy was quickly responsive with questions I needed answered. When we looked at homes she would check on things I would not have thought of, for example, I knew nothing of septic tank homes, she had all the information I would need, she knew which air handlers were good models, and since the process of buying and selling has changed dramatically when I bought a home 15 years ago, she made the process go quite smoothly for me. We felt that John & Brenda did an exceptional job in selling our unit. Before the process began they gave us details as to the state of the market which allowed us to get comfortable with pricing.
