I am a 47 year old HVAC technician who didn’t purchase a home until I was 40. With that being said I couldn’t have imagined a better experience as far as my realtor is concerned. At the time of the desired purchase I was working out of town regularly and living out of hotels M-F. That is truly rare thing these days in any profession.
