Great experience!

Beverly is very knowledgeable about the current market situations. She helped me price my property so it would sell quickly, and it did! She was very patient as I changed my mind from renting to selling. All in all it was a seamless process.

Accommodating and helpful

Beverly is very responsive to inquiries, answering in a timely manner. Made herself available around my schedule, and was very familiar and knowledgeable about the community that I purchased in. An absolutely wonderful, kind person. Would definitely recommend her for a low stress buying experience.

So Very Helpful

Beverly was patient with my confusion as to what I was actually looking for. She took me all around the weekend I visited So. Florida, even to mobile homes that wouldn't pay a commission. After I left, she did video tours of more properties (WAY MORE properties) until she found one that suited me. She was completely supportive during all phases of my search and eventual purchase. I recommend her to anyone looking for a residence in Pinellas County.
