I am so impressed with David's off hand knowledge of the are and the complex, even down to minute details. He is a doll. He knew I was not in a rush to find the right place. David is so patient! He was absolutely right!! I made the offer that day and closed in less than 30 days. David found me my Kismet beach house and I could not be more appreciative or grateful for everything!!!
